shipping
if you ordered stationery and rugs together, please note that they will be shipped separately. we will email status of your order and tracking numbers as each item is shipped.

stationery : unless otherwise noted, all retail orders will ship five business days from the time your order is received; personalized orders (flat printed) will ship 1 to 2 weeks after final approval of your proof; all letterpress and custom orders will ship 4 to 6 weeks after final approval of your proof. all orders are shipped via USPS priority mail (2 to 3 business days) and express mail (1 to 2 business days). orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following monday.

rugs : pre-orders of {lines} design are expected to ship early january via ups ground.

international orders
available via phone or email only. final shipping costs will be emailed to you prior to shipping.

returns
we do not accept returns unless you receive damaged goods. all items must be retuned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt for exchange or store credit. all opened or used items cannot be returned. all personalized and custom orders are final sale. letterpress printing is an artisan craft. slight imperfections are to be expected. keep in mind our color guide is meant to be a computer screen representation of colors only, slight variations in ink and envelope colors are also to be expected.

taxes
sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in the state of california. present rate is 9.75%. sales tax is calculated prior to payment.
